I drew this because I'm a much better worker in the depths of the night. My family seems to feel inclined to try to prevent me from going nocturnal even though I worker harder, study harder, and draw better during the night. This was something I just did on my own but then it turned out to fit well into Eternal-Springs art thingamajig. >_<

Anyway this piece is of one of the monster hunters working out of one of the various Antaboreaic countries.

Antaboreans are mysterious people. Their armor is often impractical at best, heavily shielding safe places while leaving vital organs undefended. It's not too obvious though because this race is smarter, faster, and stronger than all those they are found among. They're often called "the child race" because their physical maturity cycle maintains a very young appearance long into old age. They refer to humans as "the old man" race for the same reasons.
